I have always dreamt about having a coated garage floor for various reasons, including durability, eliminating cracks and just good looks. Clever Quarters helped make that a dream come true. In fact, Clever Quarters helped us on a second project of customizing and installing additional storage space in our two-car garage.It started with a request for a quote on their website. Within 2 business days, I received a call from John R who provided an excellent overview of their services and a rough estimate based on my description of our garage. He then came in person to obtain measurements and assess the overall environment. Brought many samples to show us the different finishing options available.The final quote actually came back slightly lower than his original estimate, which is a huge relief because I have dealt with other companies where the final quote is often significantly higher than their estimate and just becomes a waste of time. But Clever Quarters is very honest, which I deeply appreciate.We also a separate virtual meeting to design the storage solutions. John was flexible with meeting times, adjusts to our needs and is professional and non-pushy. Gave all the time and space to make our final decision.Two different teams of installers came separately for the flooring and the cabinets. Both teams were very friendly and professional. Easy to communicate with.Overall, I would very highly recommend going with Clever Quarters for your garage flooring and storage solutions. Ask for John R, a gentleman!

We recently moved into an older house with several smallish closets with little shelving or bars inside. To make the most of them and maximize storage space, we decided add some custom closet systems.We're glad we went with Clever Quarters as they worked with us to customize the shelving for each closet size and usage. Nikolina was the one who helped us. She measured the closets and discussed with us how we want to use each one, then got our approval for the designs. She was very responsive to our requests and easy to communicate with. The whole process, from measurements to installation, was quick and painless. All 5 closets were installed in less than a day. The closets now look awesome and are much more usable! We're very happy with the results.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Clever Quarters to install a polyspartic floor in the garage of our new town home and I couldn't be happier with the results. Clever Quarters is one of the best contractors I have worked with. Troy was awesome from the start, professional and timely, and provided advice that maximized our utility without adding extra cost. The outcome was beautiful and met our needs wonderfully. We turned our master closet into a combined closet office and it meets our needs perfectly! And the pantry is finally usable with excellent storage!The crew that came to install were professional and as quick as they could be, asking prompt questions as needed. One of the drawers wasn't finished properly and they had it fixed the next day (only because they didn't notice until their office had closed for the day). I would 100% recommend Clever Quarters again.

I am so incredibly happy with the work that Clever Quarters has done for us. They designed and installed a custom entryway cabinet/closet for us that I absolutely love. Sharlene did our design work and was so friendly, patient and understanding of what I wanted. The installers were the most impressive of all in terms of the details that they paid to making sure everything was essentially perfect. For example, we wanted to protect the trim of our staircase so they cut out the shape of the trim into the top shelf of the cabinet so that it would fit exactly without impacting the staircase - extraordinary worksmanship!!! Also, after obtaining a number of quotes for the same project, Clever Quarters was less than half the cost of all the others. I am so pleased with the work that they did and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

After purchasing a condo, we needed to maximize our closet space to make the space more livable. Sharlene from Clever Quarters came onsite to meet with us, listen to our needs, and take detailed measurements. We received our designs the same day, and went back and forth by email and phone as needed to make adjustments to our preferences. On the week of our installation, we contacted Sharlene to add two small closets onto our order, and they were somehow able to design and fabricate in time to have all of the organizers installed on the same day – amazing! The organizers are VERY solid and well-attached, no worries about them handling the weight of our hangers or pantry items. Cost was quite reasonable, and I love that this is a local company. Highly recommended!

John Ribeiro and his team of professionals at Clever Quarters were amazing! We had our free consultation complete within 30min and garage flooring installation within the next week. The service technicians were very polite, pleasant and worked very hard on our flooring. Overall we are super satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend them to our friends!
